London remains my home. I grew up on the Coombe Estate near Royal Richmond Park and returned to the area to raise my children, grounding my career in a genuine connection to the capital. Having worked from offices in Mayfair and Chelsea Harbour, I combine extensive central London expertise with an award-winning track record across south-west London and the Cotswolds as well as international long term established relationships.

My children attended local schools, giving me an authentic and enduring understanding of the communities I serve, while my broader experience has shaped a genuinely international outlook.

My work regularly involves international buyers, investors and family offices, requiring discretion, cultural fluency and an ability to navigate complex cross-border considerations. I combine deep local knowledge with an understanding of global markets, consistently delivering strong results across varying economic cycles.

I then ventured into education and counselling, and for a number of years was the Principal of a popular and highly successful prep school in Kingston.
With 3 grown up children and a large extended family, I understand the demands of raising a family in London, as well as the requirements of those who are looking forward to solo living.
Drawing on my years of experience, I offer bespoke advice on how to maximise the appeal of each property and reveal its full market potential.
